Politique de remboursement

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you are not happy with your purchase there are 2 options:

1) Exchange: We will replace your item with another of equal value.  For this you would not need to send the item that you are not happy with back to us - it's a pain sending stuff back. We will cover the extra shipping to send out your new item(s).  This is how confident we are that you will be happy. 

2) If you want a refund we would ask that you send us the product and an email explaining the problem with the product. We will refund you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
